摘 要:为建立一种基于表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering,SERS)用于快速检测大麦青汁中麦草畏的方法,本文优化待测物与银溶胶的体积比,并利用盐酸羟胺还原法制备纳米银溶胶(AgNPs)作为SERS增强基底进行检测,确定麦草畏的拉曼光谱特征峰。在待测物与银溶胶的体积比为1∶2的条件下,增强基底有良好的稳定性,麦草畏在333 cm^(-1)、369 cm^(-1)、433 cm^(-1)、470 cm^(-1)、561 cm^(-1)、584 cm^(-1)、690 cm^(-1)、849 cm^(-1)、883 cm^(-1)、1001 cm^(-1)、1124 cm^(-1)、1182 cm^(-1)、1241 cm^(-1)、1264 cm^(-1)和3070 cm^(-1)波数处有特征峰。在优化待测物与银溶胶体积比的基础上,进一步检测麦草畏标准溶液与大麦青汁加标样品的表面增强拉曼光谱,得到麦草畏的最低可检测浓度均为10^(-4) mol·L^(-1)。该研究为食品安全领域中的农药残留快速检测提供了新思路,也为SERS在食品检测中的应用拓展了新的途径。In order to establish a method based on surface-enhanced raman scattering(SERS)for the rapid detection of dicamba in barley green juice,this paper optimizes the volume ratio of the substance to be measured to the silver sol,and prepares silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)as a SERS-enhanced substrate for the detection by using the hydroxylamine hydrochloride reduction method,and determines the characteristic peaks of the Raman spectra of dicamba.Under the condition of 1∶2 ratio between the test material and silver sol,the enhanced substrate has good stability.The pesticide dicamba has characteristic peaks at wave number of 333 cm^(-1),369 cm^(-1),433 cm^(-1),470 cm^(-1),561 cm^(-1),584 cm^(-1),690 cm^(-1),849 cm^(-1),883 cm^(-1),1001 cm^(-1),1124 cm^(-1),1182 cm^(-1),1241 cm^(-1),1264 cm^(-1) and 3070 cm^(-1).On the basis of optimizing the volume ratio between the tested substance and the silver sol,the surface enhanced Raman spectra of the standard solution and the barley green juice samples are detected,the minimum detectable concentration of dicamba is both 10^(-4) mol·L^(-1).This study provides a new idea for the rapid detection of agricultural residues in the field of food safety,and also expands a new way for the application of SERS in food detection.
