摘 要:本文探讨了食品行业国际贸易壁垒的定义、分类、形成原因及其发展趋势,并分析了这些壁垒对出口国、进口国以及全球经济的影响。研究发现,技术性贸易壁垒、关税壁垒和非关税壁垒是食品行业国际贸易中的主要壁垒类型,已经对国际贸易格局和食品行业发展产生了一定的影响。为了应对这些壁垒,提出加强国际合作、提升技术水平、完善监管体系、多元化市场布局以及利用争端解决机制等策略建议。This paper delves into the definitions,classifications,underlying causes,and evolving trends of international trade barriers in the food industry.It further examines the profound impacts of these barriers on both exporting and importing countries,as well as the global economy.The study identifies technical barriers to trade,tariff barriers,and non-tariff barriers as the primary types of barriers encountered in the international trade of food products,which have a certain impact on the international trade landscape and the development trajectory of the food industry.To address these barriers,strategic recommendations are put forth,including strengthening international cooperation,upgrading technological capabilities,refining regulatory systems,diversifying market strategies,and leveraging dispute resolution mechanisms.
