摘　　要：本控制系统由MCGS组态软件和西门子SMART系列PLC组成,利用MATLAB仿真软件进行BP神经网络算法计算,通过DDE通讯协议实现MCGS与MATLAB之间数据交换,再由PLC利用PID控制变频器和电动调节阀,实时控制潜水泵出口水压和燃气喷嘴燃气压力,实现燃气与水同步变化、高低渐变的动态感观效果,并使火焰持续并稳定燃烧。The control system is composed of MCGS configuration software and Siemens smart series PLC.Matlab simulation software is used to calculate BP neural network algorithm.Data exchange between MCGS and MATLAB is realized through DDE communication protocol.Then PLC uses PID to control inverter and electric control valve,to control the outlet water pressure of submersible pump and the gas pressure of gas nozzle in real time,so as to realize the synchronous change of gas and water Change the dynamic perception effect,and make the flame continuous and stable combustion.
