强嵌挤ATB-30沥青稳定砾石级配设计及路用性能研究

摘  要:为研究西北干旱荒漠地区破碎砾石制备ATB-30混合料的可行性及其路用性能,首先,采用逐级填充法和变I法,分别以最小空隙率和最优力学性能为判断标准设计粗集料级配和细集料级配;其次,研究不同砂浆用量(m_(砂)、1.03m_(砂)和1.06m_(砂))下各0~4.75 mm集料与4.75~9.5 mm集料质量比(2∶1、3∶1和4∶1)对ATB-30沥青稳定砾石力学强度的影响规律,提出ATB-30沥青稳定砾石的强嵌挤骨架密实级配;最后,对其进行高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验和浸水马歇尔试验,并与规范级配中值进行对比,评价其路用性能的提升效果。结果表明:I=0.75时的细集料级配最佳,19~37.5 mm集料和9.5~19 mm集料质量比为7∶3时的粗集料级配最佳;在砂浆用量为1.03 m_(砂)下,0~4.75 mm集料和4.75~9.5 mm集料质量比为3∶1时的力学指标最优,此时粗细集料比例约为7∶3,与规范级配中值相比,提出的强嵌挤骨架密实级配ATB-30沥青稳定砾石的高温车辙性能、低温抗裂性能和水稳性能可分别提高约21%、9%和3%。This work focused on the study of the feasibility of crushed gravels in the northwest arid desert area in the preparation of ATB-30 mixes and the corresponding road performance.Firstly,the coarse aggregate gradation and fine aggregate gradation were designed using the grade-by-step filling method and the variable I method during which the minimum void ratio and optimum mechanical properties were taken as the judgment criteria,respectively.Secondly,the effect of each 0-4.75 mm aggregate and 4.75-9.5 mm aggregate mass ratio(2∶1,3∶1 and 4∶1)on the mechanical strength of ATB-30 asphalt stabilized gravel at different mortar dosages(m_(砂),1.03m_(砂)and 1.06m_(砂))was studied,and the strong embedded skeleton dense gradation of ATB-30 asphalt sta⁃bilized gravel was proposed.Finally,high-temperature rutting test,low-temperature bending test,freeze-thaw splitting test and water immersion Marshall test were conducted,and the results from which were compared with the median value of the standard grading to evaluate the improvement effect of its road performance.The results show that the best fine aggregate gradation is achieved at I=0.75,and the best coarse aggregate gradation is achieved at a mass ratio of 7∶3 between 19-37.5 mm and 9.5-19 mm aggregate.In addition,the best mechanical index is achieved at a mass ratio of 3∶1 between 0-4.75 mm and 4.75-9.5 mm aggre⁃gate at a theoretical mortar dosage of 1.03m_(砂).The ratio of coarse to fine aggregate is 7∶3 at this time,which is higher than the median value.Compared with the median value of the normative grading,improvements of about 21%,9%and 3%were observed respectively for the high-temperature rutting performance,low-temperature cracking resistance and water stability performance of the proposed strong embedded skeleton compacted grading ATB-30 asphalt stabilized gravel.
