摘 要:目前,35 kV架空线路绝缘防护罩的安装工作通常采用停电登杆方式,不仅作业耗时长、效率低,停电也降低了线路的供电可靠性。研制出的一整套绝缘防护罩安装工具包括绝缘安装杆和铝合金安装架2个部分,符合现场作业条件,实现了35 kV线路绝缘防护罩的带电安装作业,在提高线路抗干扰能力和线路供电可靠性的同时,还丰富了带电作业技术手段。现场应用表明,该套安装工具实用性较高,能大幅提升安装绝缘防护罩的工作效率,作业人员的平均耗时缩短百分比达到72.7%。At present,the installation of insulation protective covers on 35 kV overhead lines usually adopts the method of climbing the pole with power outage,which not only takes a long time and has low efficiency,but also reduces power supply reliability.The installation kit for insulation protective covers developed in this paper includes two parts,insulated mounting rod and aluminum mounting alloy,which meets the on-site operating conditions and realizes outage-free installation of insulation protective covers on 35 kV lines.It not only improves disturbance tolerance and power supply reliability of the lines,but also enriches the technical means for live working.The on-site application shows that the kit has high practicality and can greatly improve working efficiency of installing insulation protective covers with a reduction in average time spent by 72.7%.
