摘　　要：随着国家对高等教育持续加大投入,高校资产规模不断扩大,高校更加重视并加大资源配置管理。仪器设备与房屋作为资源配置的两大核心,在管理实践中,大多数高校往往把设备和房屋两大资源配置割裂开来,缺乏设备与房屋一体化管理意识创新和管理模式联动,未能从资源配置的顶层设计方面优化资源配置。现就基于优化资源配置的设备与房屋一体化管理模式进行了系列探索和实践,分析了在优化资源配置、提升资源使用效益的相关经验,梳理和剖析了设备与房屋一体化管理中存在的问题,提出了加强设备与房屋一体化管理的多项举措,为高校资源配置管理水平的提高提供参考。As the state continues to increase investment in higher education,the scale of university assets is also expanding,and local universities continue to pay attention to and increase the construction and optimization of resource allocation management.Equipment and housing as the two core of resource allocation,most colleges and universities in the management practice,often the equipment and housing two resource allocation separated,the lack of equipment and housing integrated management consciousness innovation and management mode linkage,and then can not optimize resource allocation from the top-level design of resource allocation.A series of explorations and practices were conducted on how to optimize the integrated management mode of equipment and housing based on the allocation of resources,and relevant experiences in optimizing resource allocation and improving the efficiency of resource use were analyzed.At the same time,problems existing in the integrated management of equipment and housing were sorted out and analyzed,and a number of measures were proposed to strengthen the integrated management of equipment and housing.It provides theoretical and technical support for the improvement of university resource allocation management level.
