摘 要:核动力装置运行状态监测与异常诊断中采用的参数阈值监测方法不能有效地确定参数异常的原因以及潜在的故障信息,而基于神经网络技术的故障诊断方法由于需要大量的训练样本,应用于实际故障实时诊断存在较大困难。灰色理论分析方法在少数据、贫信息情况下应用于故障诊断研究具有独特的优势,可将灰色系统理论应用于核动力装置运行状态监测和故障诊断。将灰色关联度分析应用于设备状态监测,当实时采集的特征参数序列与正常运行时标准序列的关联度小于设定阈值时,可判断运行参数异常。以核动力装置中的冷凝器为例验证了灰色聚类模型应用于核设备故障诊断的可行性。结果表明,灰色聚类分析方法计算简单,结果可靠,可快速诊断故障,为运行决策提供依据。Parameter threshold monitoring is a widely used method of nuclear power plant condition monitoring and abnormality diagnosis,but this method can not effectively determine the cause of abnormal parameters and potential failure information,The fault diagnosis method based on neural network technology needs a lot of training samples,so it is difficult to apply it in the actual real-time fault diagnosis.Grey theory analysis which has unique advantages in less data and poor information,grey system theory can be applied to nuclear power plant operation status monitoring and fault diagnosis.This work applies grey correlation analysis to equipment condition monitoring,when the grey correlation between characteristic parameters of the normal standard operation and that of real-time acquisition is less than the setted threshold,from which we can determine whether the parameters are in normal operation,Once there exist potential failure,then use grey clustering analysis method to acquire the fault diagnosis result.Taking the nuclear power plant condenser system as an example to verify the application of grey clustering model in nuclear power fault diagnosis.The result shows that the grey cluster analysis method is simple,reliable,and can quickly diagnose the fault,the diagnosis result can provide help for operational decisions.
