摘  要:设计了一种便携式救援水下航行器用复合作业工具,操纵该工具可以实现开关凹凸部件、阀盘等装置。使用过程中能够通过齿轮传动装置增大输出扭矩,提高作业效率。基于ABAQUS软件对三爪结构和套筒结构进行强度校核,当输出扭矩小于150 N·m时套筒结构强度和三爪结构强度满足使用要求。A portable composite working tool is designed to address the issues of cumbersome carrying and a multitude of tools during underwater vehicle rescue operations.Concave-convex components,valve discs,and other devices can be turned on and off using this tool.It can also be used to boost output torque through gear transmission while in operation,which will increase operating efficiency.Using ABAQUS software,the strength of the three-jaw and sleeve structures is simultaneously examined.The computation results show that when the output torque is less than 150 N m,the strength of the three-jaw and sleeve structures can satisfy the requirements.Underwater rescue efforts are supported technically by the design of portable composite working gear.
