摘　　要：目的:研究柔性管理在肿瘤外科女护士管理中的应用效果。方法:选择本院2022年5月至2023年5月就职的60名肿瘤外科女护士展开研究,根据随机数原则分为30例对照组,行常规管理,余30名纳入观察组,实施柔性管理,对比两组管理效果。结果:管理前,两组考核成绩、自我能力评估、职业获益感、护理质量评分、工作压力评分比较差异均不显著(P>0.05);管理后,观察组以上指标改善度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤外科女护士管理中应用柔性管理措施可取得显著效果,有利于提高护士专业技能、护理质量与职业获益感,降低其工作压力评分。Objective:To study the application effect of flexible management in the management of female nurses in oncology surgery.Methods:60 female nurses in oncology surgery department working in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected to carry out the study.The principle of random number was divided into 30 control groups,and the remaining 30 nurses were included in the observation group to implement flexible management,and the management effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Before management,the differences between assessment scores,self-ability assessment,occupational benefit,nursing quality score and work pressure score were not significant(P>0.05);after management,the improvement of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of flexible management measures in the management of female nurses in oncology surgery can achieve significant results,which is conducive to improving their professional skills,nursing quality and professional benefits,and reducing their work pressure score.
