摘　　要：SLC14A1基因属于溶质转运家族,其长度为30 kb,位于18号染色体18q12.1-18q21.1。SLC14A1基因主要编码尿素转运蛋白B,这种蛋白质的作用是在浓度差的影响下协助尿素通过细胞膜传输。泌尿系肿瘤的发生、发展和预后中发挥抑癌作用的重要途径不仅限于尿素转运蛋白B,还有其他多种途径。该文总结了SLC14A1在泌尿系肿瘤研究方面的最新进展,包括SLC14A1的发现、UT-B的结构和功能,以及SLC14A1基因对肿瘤微环境、miRNA和B细胞浸润的影响,还探讨了JAK-STAT信号通路以及将SLC14A1作为泌尿系肿瘤诊断和治疗潜在靶点的可能性。该研究旨在为泌尿系肿瘤的临床诊断和靶向治疗提供新的策略。The human solute carrier family 14,member 1(SLC14A1)gene is approximately 30 kb in length and located on chromosome 18q12.1-q21.1.It encodes the type-B urea transporter(UT-B)that facilitates rapid and passive cross-membrane movement of urea.Recent studies have found that in addition to encoding urea transporter B,it also plays an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of urinary tract tumors through many other pathways.This article reviews the research progress of SLC14A1 in urological tumors.In addition to the discovery of SLC14A1 and the structure and function of UT-B,it also includes the effects of SLC14A1 genes on the tumor micro-environment,the relationship between SLC14A1 genes and miRNA and B cell infiltration,the JAK-STAT signaling pathway,and the possibility of using SLC14A1 as a potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of urological tumors,hoping to provide new strategies for clinical diagnosis and targeted therapy.
