摘  要:核蛋白1 (nuclear protein1,NUPR1)是核固有的紊乱蛋白和应激蛋白。在外部应激(如辐射、致癌物质等)或内部应激(如氧化应激、内质网应激等)条件下,NUPR1被转录激活,以保护细胞免受应激损伤。同时,NUPR1也是一种转录因子,通过调控细胞凋亡、自噬、铁死亡、细胞周期、DNA损伤等细胞活动参与多种癌症的进展。研究表明,NUPR1在胰腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌及肝癌中表达均明显升高,但其导致恶性肿瘤发生的分子调控机制尚未完全明确。因此,该文就NUPR1的基本特征及其在人类恶性肿瘤发生、发展和治疗中相关研究进展进行综述,以期为肿瘤的治疗提供新的思路。Nuclear Protein1(NUPR1)is an intrinsically disordered protein(IDP)and stress protein in the nucleus.Under conditions of external stress(such as radiation,carcinogens,etc.)or internal stress(such as oxidative stress,ER stress,etc.),NUPR1 expressed rapidly to protect cells from stress damage.Meanwhile,NUPR1 is also a transcription factor,which is involved in the progression of various cancers by regulating cell activities such as apoptosis,autophagy,iron death,cell cycle,and DNA damage.Large numbers of studies reported NUPR1 overexpressed in several cancers such as pancreatic cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer and liver cancer,however,the molecular regulation mechanism of NUPR1 in tumors is not fully understood.The present review aimes to summarize the basic characteristics of NUPR1 and its related mechanism in the occurrence,development and treatment of human cancers in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of tumors.
