摘　　要：统计数据显示,每年至少有350万癌症患者遭受癌痛的困扰。目前,阿片类药物已成为中重度癌痛的标准化治疗疗法。然而,研究显示阿片类药物具有免疫抑制作用。随着免疫治疗在多种晚期恶性肿瘤中的广泛应用,阿片类药物对癌痛患者免疫治疗疗效的影响也受到了研究者们的广泛关注。该文就阿片类药物、免疫系统功能和免疫治疗疗效间的联系展开讨论。Slatistics showed that at least 3.5 million cancer patients sufered from cancer pain every year.At present,opioids have become the standard treatment for moderate to severe cancer pain.However,studies have shown thatopioids have immunosuppessive ffcts.With the wide application of immunotherapy in a variety of advanced malignant tumors,the ffect of opioids on the eficacy of immunotherapy in patients with cancer pain has also received extensive attention from researchers.This article discusses the links between opioids,the function of immune system,andimmunotherapy efficacy.
