摘  要:细胞焦亡是由半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶介导的程序性细胞死亡。半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶活化后刺激Gasdermin家族蛋白裂解,释放出炎症介质等细胞内容物,诱发强烈的炎症反应。焦亡现象存在于多种疾病中,并且参与调控肿瘤进展。食管癌是消化系统常见恶性肿瘤,因其症状隐匿,临床中确诊病例大多为晚期,存在预后不良、生存期短、生活质量差等问题。现有研究表明,触发焦亡可改善耐药现象,且细胞焦亡可作为新药开发的靶点及指导预后评估。因此,该文通过对细胞焦亡分子机制及细胞焦亡在食管癌中的研究进展进行综述,希冀为临床用药起指导作用。Pyroptosis is a programmed cell death mediated by caspases.Activation of caspases stimulates the cleavage of Gasdermin family proteins,releases inflammatory mediators and other cell contents,and induces a strong inflammatory response.Pyroptosis is present in a variety of diseases and participates in the regulation of cancer progression.Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system.Due to its hidden symptoms,most of the clinically diagnosed cases are advanced,with poor prognosis,short survival time and poor quality of life.Existing studies have shown that triggering pyroptosis can relieve the phenomenon of drug resistance,and pyroptosis can be used as a target for new drug development and guide prognosis assessment.Therefore,this article reviews the molecular mechanism of pyroptosis and the research progress of pyroptosis in esophageal cancer,hoping to provide guidance for clinical medication.
