摘  要:肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment, TME)在肿瘤发生发展和治疗抵抗等方面发挥着巨大的促进作用。在所有TME中的间质细胞中,肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts, CAFs)是最丰富的,其具有强大的促肿瘤微血管生成、间质重塑、耐药以及免疫抑制作用。在该文中,我们重点讨论了CAFs在细胞起源、促瘤机制和特异性方面的靶向治疗最新研究进展,以期为靶向CAFs的新型抗肿瘤治疗研究提供参考。Tumor microenvironment(TME)plays a great role in promoting the occurrence,development and treatment resistance of tumors.Among all the interstitial cells in TME,cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)are the most abundant,which have powerful functions of promoting tumor angiogenesis,interstitial remodeling,drug resistance and immunosuppression.In this article,we focus on the recent advances in targeted therapy of CAFs in terms of their cellular origin,tumor-promoting mechanism and specificity,in order to provide reference for the research of new anti-tumor therapy targeting CAFs.
