摘　　要：随着全球贸易的不断演化,物流企业风险的复杂性与日俱增,中小型物流企业抗风险能力差,需要全面分析潜在风险,制定应对策略。基于中小型物流企业物流业务流程,运用专家评议法对中小型物流企业物流业务进行风险评价,确定了5项物流风险评价指标,15个具体风险源,通过风险矩阵法和Borda法进行量化计算,最终发现运输配送环节车辆损坏、超载等原因造成的风险为首要风险,仓库存储过程中不规范作业、火灾异常等现象,和信息设备差、网络易损坏是两个比较重要的风险源。针对上述关键风险,从严格实施车辆安全管理制度,加强外包物流车辆审查,提高运输环节现代信息技术水平,建设智能化仓库4个方面提出风险管理措施,以增强企业风险抵御能力。With the continuous change of global transaction,complexity of logistics enterprise risks is increasing day by day.Small and medium-sized logistics enterprises have poor risk resilience,they need to fully analyze potential risks and develop strategies to deal with them.This paper studies the business process of small and medium-sized logistics companies,and uses the expert evaluation method to evaluate the risk of logistics business of small and medium-sized logistics companies.5 logistics risk evaluation index and 15 specific risk sources are summarized.Through quantitative calculation by risk matrix method and Borda method,it is finally found that the primary risk is caused by vehicle damage and overload in the transportation and distribution process.There are non-standard operation,abnormal fire and other phenomena in the storage process of the warehouse.Poor information equipment and easy damage of the network are two important risk sources.In view of the above key risks,this paper puts forward risk management measures from four aspects:strictly implementing the vehicle safety management systems,strengthening the review of outsourced logistics vehicles,improving the modern information technology level in the transport links,and building intelligent warehouse to improve enterprise risk resilience.
