摘　　要：侯外庐一生很少提及陈寅恪的名字,但在字里行间对其史学有所批评,集中表现在魏晋之间的矛盾本质、“阶级”的含义、历史发展的基础、如何看待门阀士族等问题上。侯外庐对陈寅恪史学的批评本质上是唯物史观和文化史观的分歧,而这一分歧所反映的现象在当今史学界仍然具有现实意义。侯外庐对陈寅恪史学的批评说明历史观是史学的灵魂,这一问题不应该被回避。Hou Wailu seldom mentioned the name of Chen Yinke in his life,but criticized his historiography between the lines,focusing on the contradictory nature between the Wei and Jin dynasties,the meaning of“class”,the basis of historical development,and how to treat the aristocratic families.Hou Wailu’s criticism of Chen Yinke’s historiography was essentially a divergence between historical materialism and View of cultural history,and the phenomenon reflected by this divergence is still of practical significance in today’s historiography.Hou Wailu’s criticism of Chen Yinke’s historiography shows that the view of history was the soul of historiogry,and this problem should not be avoided.
