摘  要:心理援助旨在开展心理疏导、抚慰人心、化解矛盾,在解决心理危机过程中发挥作用。当前社会结构急剧变化,高校教职工等群体在复杂的社会环境中出现压力过载或应激障碍引发系列心理健康问题。高校工会应在校方大力支持下构建心理援助体系,搭建数字化帮扶平台,完善心理危机预警预防机制,提高教职工心理调适水平和社会适应能力,使其安心工作、幸福生活。Psychological assistance is aimed at carrying out psychological counselling,soothing people's hearts,resolving conflicts,and playing a role in the process of resolving psychological crises.At present,the social structure is changing rapidly,and groups such as university staff are suffering from pressure overload or stress disorder in the complex social environment,which leads to a series of mental health problems.Trade unions in colleges and universities should build a psychological assistance system with strong support from the university authorities,set up a digital help platform,improve the early warning and prevention mechanism of psychological crisis,and improve the level of psychological adjustment and social adaptability of the teaching staff,so as to make them work at ease and live happily.
