摘  要:目的评价基于思维导图的翻转课堂在神经内科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月—12月进入浙江大学医学院附属第二医院神经内科临床实习的64名学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各32名。试验组采用基于思维导图的翻转课堂进行教学,对照组采用传统教学模式。每轮临床实习结束后,采用问卷调查和临床思维能力考核的方式评估教学效果。结果共发放64份问卷,有效回收率为100%。试验组学生对课程的满意程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生的定位诊断、定性诊断、疾病诊断、鉴别诊断[(87.03±8.69)分、(95.31±12.18)分、(95.00±9.59)分、(87.19±8.32)分]评分高于对照组[(77.34±11.29)分、(88.13±13.55)分、(86.56±17.71)分、(79.53±12.72)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统教学模式,基于思维导图的翻转课堂教学法能明显提升学生对课程的满意度,增强学生的临床思维能力,具有更好的教学效果。Objective To evaluate the application effect of flipped classroom teaching method based on mind mapping in clinical teaching of neurology.Methods A total of 64 students who entered the clinical practice in the department of neurology in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University,School of Medicine from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 32 students in each group.The experimental group used the flipped classroom teaching method based on mind mapping,while the control group used the traditional teaching mode.At the end of each round of clinical practice,the teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire and clinical thinking ability assessment.Results A total of 64 questionnaires were sent out,and the effective recovery rate was 100%.Students in the experimental group was more satisfied with the course than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Principles of orientation diagnosis,qualitative diagnosis,disease diagnosis,differential diagnosis in the experimental group[(87.03±8.69)points,(95.31±12.18)points,(95.00±9.59)points,(87.19±8.32)points]were higher than those in the control group[(77.34±11.29)points,(88.13±13.55)points,(86.56±17.71)points,(79.53±12.72)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the flipped classroom based on mind mapping can significantly improve students'satisfaction with the course,enhance students'clinical thinking ability,and has better teaching effect.
