摘  要:驱动蛋白超蛋白家族以微管和ATP依赖的方式运输着细胞器、蛋白复合物和mRNAs等,广泛参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移、耐药等多个过程。而驱动蛋白成员2C作为Kinesin-13家族最具代表性的成员,具有催化微管分解的功能,并密切参与有丝分裂的多个过程,例如纺锤体组装、微管动态、修正动粒-微管附件、染色体定位和分离等。KIF2C在多种实体瘤中可作为潜在的癌基因,其高表达与肝癌、乳腺癌、胃癌及结直肠癌等肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、总生存和耐药相关。近年来,KIF2C与恶性肿瘤发生发展的关系备受关注,KIF2C或可成为一个潜在的癌症靶标。该文就KIF2C在恶性肿瘤中的相关性研究进展作一综述。Kinesin superfamily proteins transport organelles,protein complexes and mRNAs in a microtubule and ATP-dependent manner,and are widely involved in tumor cells proliferation,invasion,metastasis,drug resistance and other processes.Kinesin family member 2C,as the most representative member of the Kinesin-13 family,has the function of catalyzing the decomposition of microtubules and is closely involved in multiple processes of mitosis,such as spindle assembly,microtubule dynamics,correction of kinetochore-microtubules attachment,and chromosome location and separation,etc.KIF2C can be used as a potential oncogene in a variety of solid tumors,and its high expression is related to the proliferation,invasion,overall survival and drug resistance of liver cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.In recent years,the relationship between KIF2C and the occurrence and development of malignant tumors has attracted much attention.KIF2C may be called a potential cancer target.This article summarizes the research progress of KIF2C in malignant tumors.
