摘 要:胶质瘤是严重威胁人类健康的神经系统疾病之一,目前主要治疗方案为手术切除后联合放化疗,但是经过标准方案治疗的胶质瘤患者的临床预后结局依旧不理想。近年来,多项研究证实长链非编码RNA-MALAT1在胶质瘤的发生发展过程中有着重要的作用,包括促进胶质瘤细胞的增殖、抑制胶质瘤细胞凋亡、促进胶质瘤细胞迁移和侵袭、促进胶质瘤细胞的化疗耐药性。该文就MALAT1在胶质瘤中作用的研究进展进行综述。Glioma is one of the nervous system diseases that seriously threaten human health.At present,the main treatment plan is surgical resection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.However,the clinical prognosis of patients with glioma treated with the standard regimen is still not ideal.In recent years,a number of studies have confirmed that long non-coding RNA-MALAT1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma,including promoting proliferation of glioma cells,inhibiting apoptosis of glioma cells,promoting migration and invasion of glioma cells,and promoting chemotherapy resistance of glioma cells.In this review,the role of MALAT1 in glioma is reviewed.
