当归四逆汤治疗大动脉炎理论与临床应用验案举隅

摘　　要：大动脉炎是比较常见的血管疾病,发病机制复杂,该病以气血、经脉为主要病位,以血虚寒凝致血脉闭塞为主要病机。当归四逆汤温经散寒、养血通脉,可用于以血虚寒凝为主证或兼他证等大动脉炎的治疗。当归四逆汤的现代药理作用表明其可纠正引起大动脉炎的多种病理改变,临床应用此方应注意辨证论治,依据症状加减用药,方可取得良效。Takayasu arteritis is a common vascular disease with complex pathogenesis.Propose to use Qi and blood,meridians as the main disease locations.The pathogenesis is Blood deficiency and cold coagulation,which causes blood vessel occlusion.Danggui Sini Decoction can be used for treating Takayasu arteritis with Blood deficiency and cold coagulation,by warming meridians,dispersing cold,nourishing blood and dredging veins.The modern pharmacological action of this prescription can also correct the various pathological changes caused by Takayasu arteritis.The application of this prescription need to pay more attention on syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the change of symptons.
