摘　　要：查阅历代《伤寒论》主要版本、全国高等中医药院校规划教材以及历代著名伤寒学家著作对《伤寒论》第6条中“若火熏之”的相关内容,第6条存在“若被火者,微发黄色,剧者如惊痫,时瘛疭,若火熏之。一逆尚引日,再逆促命期”和“若被火者,微发黄色,剧者如惊痫,时瘛疭;若火熏之,一逆尚引日,再逆促命期”两种断句;“若火熏之”有“像火熏一样,描述病人的皮肤颜色晦暗”和“如果再采用火熏的方法治疗”两种解释。认为第6条断句应该为“若被火者,微发黄色,剧者如惊痫,时瘛疭。若火熏之,一逆尚引日,再逆促命期”。“若火熏之”意为“如果再用火熏的方法进行治疗”。Textual research on the main versions of Treatise on Febrile Diseases throughout history,the planned textbooks of national higher Chinese medicine universities,and the relevant content of “If Fire Fumigates” in Article 6 of Treatise on Febrile Diseases in the works of famous typhologists throughout history.Article 6 contains two punctuation:“If the patients is subjected to heat for the purpose of diaphoresis,the skin first turns yellowish,and then convulsions and spasms will occur,like being smoked by fire.After one incorrect treatment,there are still a few days left for a rescue.If the patient is incorrect treatment again,no time will be left for rescue.” and “If the patients is subjected to heat for the purpose of diaphoresis,the skin first turns yellowish,and then convulsions and spasms will occur.After one incorrect treatment,there are still a few days left for a rescue.If the patient is scorched again,no time will be left for rescue.”;“If Fire Fumigates” there are two explanations:“Describing a patient's skin color as dull and dull,like a smoky fire.” and “If the patient is scorched again.” The author believes that the sixth sentence should read:“If the patients is subjected to heat for the purpose of diaphoresis,the skin first turns yellowish,and then convulsions and spasms will occur.After one incorrect treatment,there are still a few days left for a rescue.If the patient is scorched again,no time will be left for rescue.” “If Fire Fumigates “which means” If the patient is scorched again.”
