体验式教学法在高压氧医学初学者教学中的应用

摘　　要：高压氧医学的临床培训或教育存在不足,适合高压氧医学特点的教学模式一直处于探索之中。体验式教学法是指在教学过程中为了达到既定的教学目的,从教学需要出发,引入、创造或创设与教学内容相适应的具体场景或氛围,以引起学生的情感体验,帮助学生迅速而正确地理解教学内容,促进他们的心理机能全面和谐发展的一种教学方法。高压氧的体验式教学可以让行业初入者或者其他专科医师在学习包括高压氧医学相关概念、治疗原理、适应症和禁忌症、以及治疗过程等,以患者身份进入高压氧舱内体验治疗的全过程,亲身体验高压氧治疗后才能更加准确的给出答案,找到问题所在,并提出行之有效或合理可行的解决方案。体验式教学可促进初学者对适应症和禁忌症的掌握,加强对高压氧治疗的深刻理解和运用,提高解决临床实际问题的能力;有利于对民众或其他专科医务人员传道、解惑,促进学科知识的传播和普及;有利于构筑和谐的医患关系,提高疗效;同时还有可能促进氧舱设备的改良;最终促进学科的发展,造福病患。There are deficiencies in clinical training or education in hyperbaric oxygen medicine,and teaching models suitable for the characteristics of hyperbaric oxygen medicine have been under exploration.The experiential teaching method involves the introduction,creation,or arrangement of specific scenarios or atmospheres tailored to the teaching content.Its aim is to fulfill the established teaching objectives,based on teaching requirements,by evoking emotional experiences in students.This method facilitates students'rapid and accurate comprehension of the content,promoting the comprehensive and harmonious development of their psychological functions.The experiential teaching approach in hyperbaric oxygen therapy enables newcomers to the field and other specialists to grasp concepts related to hyperbaric oxygen medicine,treatment principles,indications,contraindications,and treatment processes.Participants enter the hyperbaric oxygen chamber as patients to experience the treatment firsthand.By undergoing the entire process of hyperbaric oxygen therapy,they can provide more accurate answers,identify issues,and propose effective,reasonable,and feasible solutions.Experiential teaching facilitates beginners'mastery of indications and contraindications,enhances their understanding and application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and improves their ability to address practical clinical issues.Additionally,it fosters effective communication and knowledge dissemination to the public and other medical professionals,thereby promoting subject knowledge dissemination and enhancing doctor-patient relationships.Furthermore,it may drive advancements in oxygen chamber equipment,ultimately contributing to the development of the field and benefiting patients.
