摘　　要：腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)是一种常见的功能性肠病,发病机制错综复杂,涉及多个因素的相互作用,如湿热、寒湿、气郁、脾虚等。其中湿热导致IBS-D最为常见,湿热难解,病情多反复,严重影响患者的生活质量,给社会和个人带来不可忽视的负担。通过查阅近年来的相关文献,从中医的视角深入分析IBS-D的湿热病因病机,总结其涉及的湿热辨治方法、针灸特色疗法及预防调摄策略,以期为进一步优化IBS-D中医治疗方案提供一定的参考。Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS-D) is a common functional bowel disease.The pathogenesis of IBS-D is complex,involving the interaction of multiple factors,such as damp-heat,cold-dampness,qi stagnation,and spleen deficiency,etc.Among them,damp-heat is the most common cause of IBS-D.Damp-heat is difficult to remove,and the condition is repeated,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and brings a non-negligible burden to society and individuals.By consulting the relevant literature in recent years,this paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of dampness-heat of IBS-D from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),and summarizes the methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment of dampness-heat,acupuncture and moxibustion characteristic therapy and prevention and adjustment strategies,in order to provide some reference for further optimizing the TCM treatment plan of IBS-D.
