摘 要:盾尾刷是防止水、泥砂等涌入盾构内部的关键设施,在长距离掘进过程中,盾尾刷会逐渐磨耗,一旦失效,会诱发盾尾漏浆、地面沉降开裂等风险,甚至造成盾构机被淹,隧道损毁等工程事故。文章通过某区间盾尾刷更换案例,从工程概况、地质水文、风险预控、加固止水、安拆实施、盾构复推等角度,详细介绍盾构掘进过程中盾尾刷更换施工的全过程,验证文章所采用工序及措施的合理性、可靠性,为未来苏州轨道交通第四轮线网隧道施工盾尾刷更换作业提供借鉴。Shield tail brush is a key facility to prevent water,mud and sand from pouring into the interior of the shield.In the process of long-distance tunneling,the shield tail brush will gradually wear away.Once it fails,it will induce risks such as shield tail slurry leakage,ground subsidence and cracking,and even cause engineering accidents such as shield machineflooding and tunnel damage.Based on the case of shield tail brush replacement in a certain section,this paper introduces in detail the whole process of shield tail brush replacement construction in the process of shield tunneling from the perspectives of engineering overview,geology and hydrology,risk prevention and control,reinforcement and water stop,installation and demolition implementation,and shield re-pushing.The rationality and reliability of the procedures and measures adopted in this paper are verified,which can provide reference for the replacement of shield tail brush in the fourth round of Suzhou rail transit network tunnel construction in the future.
