摘 要:文章采用室内试验和试验路验证的方法对重型击实试件和振动法成型试件进行试验检测,研究水泥稳定碎石强度的影响因素及对其的影响程度,影响因素主要考虑成型方式、水泥剂量、矿料级配及压实度标准。研究发现,成型方式是影响水泥稳定碎石强度的主要因素,振动压实混合料的最大干密度比重型击实试件高0.020 g/cm^(3),最佳含水率比重型击实试件低12%;优化矿料级配和水泥剂量有助于改善水泥稳定碎石的路用性能;适当提高压实度标准,可保障压实后的水泥稳定碎石具有密实性和平整性。This paper uses the indoor test and test road verification method to test and detect the modified compaction specimen and the vibration forming specimen,and studies the influencing factors of the strength of cement stabilized macadam and the influence degree.The influencing factors mainly consider the forming method,cement dosage,mineral aggregate gradation and compaction degree standard.It is found that the forming method is the main factor affecting the strength of cement stabilized macadam,the maximum dry density of vibration compaction mixture is 0.020 g/cm^(3) higher than that of modified compaction specimen,and the optimum water content is 12%lower than that of modified compaction specimen;optimizing the mineral aggregate gradation and cement dosage is helpful to improve the road performance of cement stabilized macadam;appropriately improving the compaction degree standard can ensure that the compacted cement stabilized macadam has compactness and flatness.
