摘　　要：前折叠蛋白(PFDN)作为共伴侣蛋白能够稳定新合成的肽, 防止蛋白质错误折叠和聚集, 在细胞骨架的形成中发挥重要作用。PFDN在神经胶质瘤、乳腺癌、肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌等多种肿瘤组织中表达上调, 与肿瘤细胞的增殖和迁移密切相关。深入了解PFDN在肿瘤发生发展中的作用, 可为PFDN在预防或逆转肿瘤进展方面提供新的思路和见解。Prefoldin(PFDN)acts as a co-companion protein to stabilize newly synthesized peptides and prevent protein misfolding and aggregation.PFDN plays an important role in cytoskeleton formation.PFDN is upregulated in glioma,breast cancer,lung cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and other tumor tissues and is closely linked with the proliferation and migration of tumor cells.A deeper understanding of the role of PFDN in tumorigenesis and development may provide new ideas and insights for PFDN in preventing or reversing tumor progression.
