摘　　要：囊性肾肿瘤(CRM)是特殊类型的肾肿瘤,其诊断、手术指征和手术技术均有别于一般的肾肿瘤。近年来,机器人辅助腹腔镜囊性肾肿瘤肾部分切除术已成为治疗CRM的重要手段之一。为更好地规范及推广该项技术,特邀请国内泌尿外科领域专家,结合国内外最新理论与实践,经广泛讨论,聚焦CRM手术的适应证、手术技巧以及术中囊壁破裂的预防和处理等问题,共同制定了机器人辅助腹腔镜囊性肾肿瘤肾部分切除术专家共识。Cystic renal masses(CRM)represent a distinct type of kidney tumor with diagnostic,surgical indications,and operative techniques differing from general kidney tumors.In recent years,robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for CRM has emerged as a crucial approach in its treatment.To standardize and promote this technique,we have invited experts in the field of urology in China.Combining the latest theories and practices from both domestic and international perspectives,after extensive discussions,we have focused on issues such as indications for CRM surgery,surgical techniques,and prevention and management of intraoperative cyst rupture.Together,we aim to formulate an expert consensus on robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for CRM.
