摘  要:目的建立产品在爆炸分离冲击剖面下,中远场关键连接界面上多点激励时域载荷历程的识别方法,并分析评估结构的动力学响应特性。方法采用结构动力学分析方法,基于杜哈梅积分离散化,建立时域范围内产品上多个测点(包括多个自由度)与关键界面上受到的力载荷之间的传递函数,进而通过载荷识别获得该力激励,特别是在载荷识别过程中采用最速下降法克服识别算法的不适定性,最后通过有限元方法分析得到识别载荷作用下的结构响应,为评估结构动力学响应提供依据。结果反演获得了爆炸螺栓盒与产品连接关键界面上多点多个自由度的时域载荷,该载荷所产生的响应仿真值与多个测点实测数据吻合,并分析获得了结构的动力学响应分布。结论提出了一种针对爆炸载荷传递路径上中远场关键界面的多点动力学载荷的识别方法,并通过数值仿真验证了该方法的有效性,可支撑结构的动力学响应评估。The work aims to establish an identification method of multi-point time domain load of connection interface at middle and far fields under the explosion separation impact profile,and analyze and evaluate the structural dynamic response characteristics of the product.Based on the discretization of the Duhamet integral,the structural dynamics analysis method was adopted to establish a transfer function between multiple measurement points(including multiple degrees of freedom)on the product and the force loads acting on the critical interface in the time domain.The force excitation was obtained through load identification,especially that the steepest descent method was used to overcome the ill posedness of the identification algorithm.Finally,the structural response under the identified load was analyzed by the finite element method,providing a basis for evalu-ating the structural dynamics response.The time domain loads of multiple points and degrees of freedom on the critical interface connecting the explosive bolt box and the product were obtained.The simulated response generated by this load was consistent with the measured data and the dynamic response distribution of the structure was analyzed and obtained.This research pro-poses a method for identifying multi-point dynamic loads on key interfaces at middle and far fields of explosive load transmis-sion path,and the effectiveness of this method is verified through numerical simulation,which can support the dynamic re-sponse evaluation of the structure.
