摘　　要：目的探讨元认知干预策略对高血压患者血压控制及自我管理行为的影响。方法选取2022年5月-2023年4月笔者所在医院收治的96例高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和干预组,各48例。对照组实施常规干预,干预组在常规护理的基础上实施元认知干预策略。比较2组血压水平、自我管理行为及疾病感知。结果干预3个月后,干预组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组(t=2.778,P=0.007;t=4.667,P<0.001),自我管理行为得分高于对照组(t=4.667,P<0.001),疾病感知得分低于对照组(t=6.380,P<0.001)。结论对高血压患者实施元认知策略干预,可以提高患者的自我管理行为,减轻其疾病感知程度,有助于患者血压水平的控制,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the impact of metacognitive strategy-oriented nursing interventions on blood pressure and self-management of hypertensive patients.Methods Totally 96 hypertensive patients admitted to author′s hospital between May 2022 and April 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an intervention group,each of 48,according to a random number table.Both groups received routine intervention,while the intervention group was additionally provided with metacognitive strategy-oriented nursing.Then the blood pressure,self-management and disease perception were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and disease perception of the intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.778,P=0.007;t=4.667,P<0.001;t=6.380,P<0.001),while the self-management was significantly higher than the latter group(t=4.667,P<0.001).Conclusion Nursing interventions based on metacognitive strategies can lower blood pressure levels and disease perception,but improve the self-management behavior.Such intervention is worth of promotion in the clinical practice.
