循证医学思维基础上PBL教学法在助理全科医师规范化培训中的应用效果研究

摘  要:目的探析循证医学(Evidence-based Medicine,EBM)思维基础上以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学法在助理全科医师规范化培训的运用价值。方法选取2023年1—12月在平南县第二人民医院参加全科医师规范化培训的14名助理全科医师为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各7名。对照组予以常规教学法,观察组在对照组前提下予以EBM思维基础上PBL教学法。对比两组综合测评成绩、临床决策能力、批判性思维能力。结果观察组综合测评成绩、临床决策能力、批判性思维能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论EBM思维基础上PBL教学法能提升助理全科医师综合测评成绩,改善其临床决策能力,并提高其批判性思维能力。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method based on evidence-based medicine(EBM)thinking in facilitating standardized training of general practitioners.Methods A total of fourteen assistant general practitioners who participated in the standardized training of general practitioners in Pingnan County Second People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with seven in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching method,and the observation group was given PBL teaching method based on EBM thinking under the premise of control group.The results of comprehensive assessment,clinical decision-making ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive assessment scores,clinical decision-making ability and critical thinking ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method based on EBM thinking can improve the performance of assistant general practitioners in comprehensive assessment,improve their clinical decision-making ability,and enhance their critical thinking ability.
