摘  要:目的探讨PDCA联合精细化培训在内分泌科临床带教中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月陕西省人民医院内分泌科参加住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“规培”)的80名规培生作为研究对象,按照进科先后时间分组,每组40名,以2022年1—12月为对照组,以2023年1—12月为研究组。对照组采用精细化培训,研究组采用PDCA循环联合精细化培训,比较两组规培生的理论考核成绩、教学满意度、学习兴趣和学习能力。结果与对照组比较,研究组理论考核成绩和教学满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组学习兴趣、学习能力各维度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PDCA循环联合精细化培训有助于提高规培生的学习兴趣和学习能力,提升教学质量和教学满意度。Objective To explore the application value of PDCA combined with refined training in clinical teaching of endocrinology department.Methods A total of eighty gauge students participated in standardized training for resdents from the department of endocrinology of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into forty students in each group according to the time of admission to the department.The control group was studied from January to December 2022.The study group was studied from January to December 2023.The control group received refined training,and the study group received PDCA cycle combined with refined training.The results of theoretical examination,teaching satisfaction,learning interest and learning ability of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher theoretical test scores and teaching satisfaction,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of learning interest and learning ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle combined with refined training can help to improve students'learning interest and learning ability,improve teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.
