摘 要:包裹水杨酰植物鞘氨醇(SLC)解决了SLC溶解性差的问题,样品稳定、耐寒耐热,并且增强了SLC在表皮的透皮吸收率。在包裹SLC对神经酰胺合成途径中关键酶基因表达测试中,结果显示包裹SLC对SPTLC2、CerS3、DEGS1和KDSR基因表达具有明显调控作用,特别在0.1 mg/mL质量浓度下,明显促进CerS3和KDSR基因表达;当样品质量浓度>0.05 mg/mL时,显著上调SPTLC2基因表达;而DEGS1基因表达与样品质量浓度呈剂量依赖性。该研究为包裹SLC进一步应用到日化领域具有一定的参考价值。The encapsulated Salicyloyl Phytosphingosine(SLC)solved the problem of poor solubility of SLC.The encapsulated SLC was stable,cold&heat resistant,as well as the transdermal absorption rate of SLC in the epidermis was enhanced.In the results,encapsulated SLC could significantly regulate the gene expression of SPTLC2,CerS3,DEGS1 and KDSR.Especially,the expression of CerS3 and KDSR genes were signifi-cantly promoted at the concentration of 0.1 mg/mL.When the sample concentration was larger than 0.05 mg/mL,the expression of SPTLC2 gene was dramatically up-regulated.Meanwhile,DEGS1 gene expression was dose-dependent with sample concentration.Hence,the research has a certain reference value for the further application of encapsulated SLC in the field of daily chemical.
