摘  要:在工业生产中,开关柜是整个电气设备中的重要组成部分,为了确保电气开关柜的正常运行,需要对电气开关柜等设备进行检测诊断。但大多数情况下电气设备开关柜运行的环境较复杂,故障率也较高,因此,很难对开关柜故障进行及时检测与维修。文章设计了基于机器学习的开关柜规章诊断系统,该系统由传感器选型单元和传感器网络芯片选型单元等部分组成,可提升故障诊断精准性,满足电气行业对开关柜故障诊断的需求。In industrial production,switchgear is an important component of the entire electrical equipment.In order to ensure the normal operation of electrical switchgear,it is necessary to test and diagnose equipment such as electrical switchgear.However,in most cases,the operating environment of electrical equipment switchgear is complex and the failure rate is high,making it difficult to detect and repair switchgear faults in a timely manner.The article designs a machine learning based switchgear regulation diagnosis system,which consists of a sensor selection unit and a sensor network chip selection unit.It can improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and meet the needs of the electrical industry for switchgear fault diagnosis.
