医用脱脂棉国内外质量标准对比分析

摘　　要：为了解医用棉制品国际质量要求趋势,本文将YY/T0330-2015《医用脱脂棉》标准与美国、英国、欧洲等国家的脱脂棉标准中的技术要求项目种类、限值及检测方法之间的差异,进行了详细的对比分析。认为我国医用脱脂棉标准与英、欧洲标准基本一致,但纤维长度、水中可溶物、硫酸盐灰分等项目限值低于美国标准;认为YY/T0330-2015标准中的部分项目需补充修订,提议综合参考GB 18383—2007《絮用纤维制品通用技术要求》、GB 18401—2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》等棉产品相关国家标准及各国标准,引入先进检测技术,启动修订立项程序,以提升医用脱脂棉产品的质量和国际竞争力。In order to understand the trend of international quality requirements for medical cotton products,the paper compares YY/T 0330-2015,Medical absorbent cotton,with standards of the United States,the United Kingdom,and Europe.Detailed analysis of technical requirements,limits and detection methods of these standards is conducted.It is believed that China’s medical absorbent cotton standard is basically consistent with British and European standards.However,the limit values for fibre length,soluble matter in water,and sulphated ash items are lower than the U.S.standard.The comparison reveals a series of testing items that need to be supplemented and revised.Therefore,it is proposed to comprehensively refer to GB 18383-2007,General technical requirements for products with filling materials,GB 18401-2010,National general safety technical code for textile products,and other relevant national standards for cotton products.Additionally,advanced testing technology should be introduced,and revision process should be initiated to enhance the quality and international competitiveness of medical absorbent cotton products.
