摘  要:根据共轴双旋翼无人机结构特点及动力性能分析结果,设计了可调整力臂的杠杆平台,通过杠杆原理将不同大小的力施加到力传感器上,并用数据采集卡采集对应电压,使用MATLAB曲线拟合工具箱拟合出升力与电压间的曲线关系,对力传感器进行标定,从而可以测出共轴双旋翼无人机升力。测试结果表明:电压与升力之间拟合效果良好,可以测量出无人机的升力;该方法对于研究共轴双旋翼无人机升力测试具有一定参考价值。Based on the structural characteristics and dynamic performance analysis results of coaxial twin rotor unmanned aerial vehicles,a lever platform with adjustable force arms was designed.Different forces of different sizes were applied to the force sensor using the lever principle,and the corresponding voltage was collected using a data acquisition card.The MATLAB curve fitting tool box was used to fit the curve relationship between lift and voltage,and the force sensor was calibrated to measure the lift of coaxial twin rotor unmanned aerial vehicles.The test results show that the fitting effect between voltage and lift is good,and the lift of unmanned aerial vehicles can be measured.This method has reference value for studying the lift testing of coaxial twin rotor unmanned aerial vehicles.
