摘  要:首先阐述了职业技能竞赛如何激发学生兴趣、提升职业素养,对高职教育产生积极影响,在培养学生职业能力和实践能力方面的作用,职业技能竞赛对高职教学改革的推动作用;其次分析了高职教育改革的作用和挑战,包括教学方法滞后和教师素质有待提高,提出了以职业技能竞赛引领改革的策略,如师资培养和行业合作,融入职业技能竞赛元素的课程设计;最后提供了优化方案,包括完善竞赛评价和学生支持机制。研究成果可为高职教育改革提供有力的理论支持和实践指导。Firstly,this paper expounds how vocational skill competition stimulates students’interest,improves their professional quality and has a positive impact on higher vocational education.Secondly,it analyzes the challenges of higher vocational education reform,including the lag of teaching methods and the lack of teachers’quality,and puts forward the strategy of leading the reform by vocational skill competition,such as teacher training and industry cooperation.Finally,the optimization scheme is provided,including the improvement of competition evaluation and student support mechanism.The research results can provide powerful theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of higher vocational education.
