关于成人高等教育会计专业实践教学的有效性研究

摘　　要：实践教学的有效性是成人高等教育中十分重要的部分,直接关系到毕业生的岗位就业情况。为进一步提高成人高等教育实践教学的有效性,以会计专业为例,进行实践教学有效性的研究。结果表明,当前的成人高等教育会计专业实践教学存在实践教学设计不合理、教学评价体系不科学和教师队伍建设不健全等问题,影响了会计专业实践教学的有效性。为此,建议优化会计专业实践教学设计,实施多元化的教学评价体系,建设“双师型”的实践教师队伍,以此提升成人高等教育会计专业实践教学的有效性。The effectiveness of practice teaching is a very important part of adult higher education,which is directly related to the post employment of graduates.In order to solve the problem of poor effectiveness of practice teaching in adult higher education,this paper takes accounting as an example to study the effectiveness of practice teaching.The research shows that there are some problems in the current practice teaching of accounting major in adult higher education,such as unreasonable design of practice teaching,unscientific teaching evaluation system and unsound construction of teaching staff,etc.,which affects the effectiveness of accounting practice teaching.Therefore,it is suggested to optimize the practical teaching design of accounting specialty,to implement diversified teaching evaluation system,and to build a double-qualified team of practical teachers so as to enhance the effectiveness of practical teaching of accounting specialty in adult higher education.
