摘　　要：关于管理学理论在高校的应用和作用,不应停留在简单地争论是否有用,而是要深入讨论如何有效应用,并加强理论分析和案例研究。管理是科学,也是艺术,西安欧亚学院在办学和发展过程中,合理选择和有效应用管理学理论与方法,取得了显著的成效。应系统学习和准确把握管理学理论与方法,根据学校发展阶段和内外部环境,选择适宜的管理战略并精准施策,实现从科学管理到价值观管理的跃升,因校制宜分析一些高校面对的科研、评价和排行榜等难题,增进对管理学的认识,促进教育学学科专业的发展。For the application and function of management theory in higher education institutions, it should not focus on arguing whether it is useful simply, but discuss deeply how to use it effectively, with theoretical analysis and case study.Management is both a science and an art.During the process of running and developing university, Eurasia University chooses rationally and applies effectively management theory and method, with remarkable results achieved.It should learn systematically and grasp accurately management theory and method, choose appropriate management strategy and precision, based on its development stage and internal and external environment, so as to realize the leap from scientific management to value management.It should analyze the puzzle of research, evaluation, and ranking by university-based, so as to improve the understand of management and promote the development of education discipline.
