后疫情时代澳大利亚国际教育可持续发展战略研究

摘　　要：疫情影响下,澳大利亚高等院校对国际学生收入的高度依赖、政府对国际学生的驱逐式管理引发的信任危机以及留学环境不稳定因素增加都在一定程度上暴露了澳大利亚国际教育的脆弱性,也进一步加快了澳大利亚国际教育新战略的出台。其采取的战略举措从目标制定、人才培养、品牌效应、制度创新四个方面着力增强国际教育的韧性,促进可持续发展。该战略在吸引国际学生以及鼓励本国学生前往非发达国家和地区留学方面也可为中国国际教育可持续发展提供借鉴。Under the influence of the epidemic, the high dependence of Australian higher education institutions on international student income, the crisis of trust caused by the government's expulsion-style management of international students, and the increase of unstable factors in the study abroad environment have all exposed the vulnerability of Australian international education to a certain extent, and further accelerated the introduction of Australian's new international education strategy.Its strategic initiatives focus on enhancing the resilience of international education and promoting sustainable development in four aspects: goal setting, talent cultivation, brand effect, and institutional innovation.The strategy can also provide lessons for China's sustainable development of international education in terms of attracting international students and encouraging national students to study in non-developed countries and regions.
