摘　　要：Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC纳米复合材料已经被广泛应用,可以应用在陶瓷刀具、涂层、防弹装甲和耐火材料等领域且Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC复合粉末可以采用不同的技术进行合成。为了进一步分析Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC复合材料,本文重点介绍了Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC的制备方法,影响Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC复合材料性能的因素以及Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC复合材料的应用,以便对Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC复合陶瓷材料的研究进展具有重要的参考价值。Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC nanocomposites have been widely used in ceramic knives,coatings,ballistic armor and refractory materials and Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC composite powders can be synthesized using different techniques.In order to further analyze the Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC composites,this paper focuses on the preparation method of Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC,the factors affecting the properties of Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC composites and the applications of Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC composites,so as to provide an important reference value for the progress of the research on Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC composite ceramic materials.
