摘 要:为了提高驾驶室安装车架的力学性能,充分发挥材料应有的承载能力,结构受力具有较好的均布性,文中应用有限元法分别模拟分析了作业工况下的应力与变形分布规律,将引导载荷传递的思路引入结构优化设计。结果表明:设计方案1,底板中间区域不适于作为载荷的支撑终点,矩形截面结构不适于承受前后方向的冲击载荷;设计方案2,通过调整菱形截面结构的夹角及分配两条传递线路承担载荷的比例,以实现提高材料利用率的目的;设计方案3,采用局部点承载转化为区域承载方式达到结构应力分布的均布性,结构连接点的对应布置是为了转化局部区域受拉或受压状态,实现整个结构承载稳定性和可靠性的提升。In this article,in order to improve the cabin mounting frame's mechanical properties,give full play to the specific material's load-bearing capacity,and ensure the structural stress'better homogeneity,efforts are made to explore and simulate the distribution of both the stress and the deformation regularities under operating conditions with the help of the finite-element method,and the concept of guiding load transmitting is introduced into the structural optimization design.The results show that in the design scheme 1,the base plate's middle area is not suitable to support load as the end point,and the rectangular cross-sec-tion structure is not suitable to bear the impact load in the front-and-rear directions;in the design scheme 2,the load ratio of the two transmitting lines can be distributed by adjusting the angle of the rhombic cross-section structure,so as to improve material u-tilization;in the design scheme 3,efforts are made to transform the partial-point load bearing into the area load bearing,in order to achieve the uniformity of structural stress distribution,and the corresponding arrangement of the structural connection points transforms the local area's tension or pressure state,thus ensuring that the whole structure's load bearing is stable and reliable.
