摘 要:针对管带机运行时产生振动及刺耳的噪声问题,文中以管带机支撑钢架为研究对象,基于颗粒阻尼技术提出一项新型的减振降噪措施。建立管带机三维模型,以耗能值为标准,对颗粒的粒径和填充率进行仿真探究,确定阻尼器最佳参数方案。通过现场试验采集了最佳参数方案下管带机钢架的加速度响应,试验数据表明:管带机支撑钢架在安装颗粒阻尼器后减振率达61%,为煤炭设备减振降噪提供了新措施。In this article,in view of vibration and ear-piercing noise caused by the operation of the tubular belt conveyor,with the focus on its supporting steel frame,a method of vibration and noise reduction is proposed based on the technology of par-ticle damping.Firstly,efforts are made to set up the three-dimensional model of the tubular belt conveyor;with the energy-con-sumption value as a criterion,the particle's size and filling rate are simulated,in order to determine the damper's best parameter scheme.Then,the acceleration response of the supporting steel frame according to the best parameter scheme is collected through some field experiments.The experimental data shows that the vibration-reduction rate of the tubular belt conveyor's supporting steel frame reaches 61%after the particle damper is installed.This study provides new measures for vibration and noise reduction of coal equipment.
