摘 要:目的观察临床护生带教管理中健康管理理念的应用效果。方法筛选永州市中心医院2021年4月至2022年1月61名实习护生,依据不同带教管理模式分为常规组31名(常规实习护生培训教育)和观察组30名(健康管理理念培训教育),比较带教管理效果。结果本次试验中,观察组护生带教管理后基础理论知识评估优良率高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组护生带教管理后实践操作评估优良率高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组护生教学满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论将健康管理理念运用到临床护生带教管理中,可以使实习护生的学习热情和各方面的学习质量得到明显的提升,同时也能提高临床患者和带教教师对实习护生的满意度。Objective Observe the application effect of health management concept in the teaching management of clinical nursing students.Methods Select 61 intern nurses from Yongzhou Central Hospital from April 2021 to January 2022,and divide them into a routine group of 31(training and education for routine intern nurses)and an observation group of 30(training and education for health management concepts)based on different teaching and management models.Compare the effectiveness of teaching and management.Results In this experiment,the observation group of nursing students had a higher rate of excellent evaluation of basic theoretical knowledge after teaching and management compared to the routine group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of practical operation evaluation after teaching and management by the observation group of nursing students was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction score of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group patients with nursing care was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Applying the concept of health management to the teaching management of clinical nursing students can significantly improve the learning enthusiasm and learning quality of student nurses,and also improve the satisfaction of clinical patients and teachers to student nurses.
