摘 要:目的探讨认知教育干预在老年冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法截取的研究时间为2021年11月至2022年11月,选取156例老年冠心病患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分组。对照组(78例)进行常规护理干预,观察组(78例)进行认知教育干预。评价不同干预手段实施后患者的健康知识掌握程度、依从性、心理状态、血脂情况。结果干预后,观察组患者健康知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血脂指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知教育干预能够提高老年冠心病患者认知程度和依从性,可以改善患者心理状态,有利于改善血脂指标,患者预后更好。Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive education intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Intercept research time for November 2021 to November 2022,select 156 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,according to the random number table group.Control group(78 cases)received routine nursing intervention,observation group(78 cases)received cognitive education intervention.Evaluation of different intervention after patients'health knowledge,compliance,psychological status,blood lipid.Results After intervention,the observation group had a higher level of health knowledge mastery than the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The blood lipid indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive education intervention can improve the cognitive degree and compliance of elderly coronary heart disease patients,improve their psychological state,improve blood lipid index,and achieve better prognosis of patients.
