自拟养肝汤联合西药治疗抑郁症的效果

摘　　要：目的观察自拟养肝汤联合西药治疗抑郁症的效果。方法将2020年1月至2022年8月到庆阳市第二人民医院就诊的72例抑郁症辨证属心肝两虚的且自愿参与临床观察的患者随机分为对照组和观察组(各36例)。两组均予氢溴酸西酞普兰片口服治疗,观察组在此基础之上加服自拟养肝汤。两组疗程均为8周。观察两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化,评定自拟养肝汤治疗抑郁症临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组总有效率86.11%,对照组总有效率63.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组应用自拟养肝汤联合氢溴酸西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症2、4、8周的HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,观察组无复发病例,对照组复发率为22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟养肝汤联合氢溴酸西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单用氢溴酸西酞普兰片的治疗效果,且复发率低。Objective To observe the effect of self-made Yanggan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of depression.Methods Seventy-two patients with depression diagnosed as heart and liver deficiency and voluntarily participating in clinical observation who visited the Qingyang Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(36 cases each).Both groups were given citalopram hydrobromide tablets for oral treatment,and the observation group was added with selfmade Yanggan decoction on this basis.The course of treatment for both groups was 8 weeks.Observe the changes of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores of patients in the two groups before and after treatment,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-made Yanggan decoction in the treatment of depression.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.11%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 63.89%(P<0.05).The HAMD scores of the observation group for treating depression were significantly lower than those of the control group at weeks 2,4,and 8(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no recurrence cases in the observation group,while the recurrence rate in the control group was 22.22%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The efficacy of Yanggan decoction combined with citalopram hydrobromide tablets in the treatment of depression is better than that of citalopram hydrobromide tablets alone and recurrence rate were significantly lower.
