摘　　要：综述了果实线粒体分离纯化的方法、线粒体制备的难点和关键点、线粒体纯度和完整性的评价方法以及制备线粒体在果实成熟衰老研究中的应用,并探讨了存在的问题及未来的发展方向。This paper reviews the recent advances in mitochondrial isolation and purification and relevant application in research on fruit ripening and senescence,as well as the difficulties and crucial factors in mitochondrial preparation,purity and intactness evaluation of isolated mitochondria.The existing problems and developing trend in the future are also discussed.
