摘 要:通过采用球磨方式制备了不同粒度的铜铬球磨粉,球磨时间分别为24、48、72 h。在摩擦材料中应用球磨粉,研究了铜铬球磨粉粒度不同,对摩擦材料力学性能及摩擦性能产生的影响。结果表明:随着球磨粉的球磨时间增长,球磨粉粒度逐渐降低,最大粒径由124.1μm降至87.4μm;摩擦材料的力学性能随着球磨粉粒度的降低而提升,其中剪切强度由13.5 MPa升至16.0 MPa,抗压强度由78.1 MPa升至91.6 MPa;在初速度120 km/h摩擦制动时,随着铜铬球磨粉的粒度降低,摩擦材料的平均摩擦系数提高,由0.304提高至0.389,同时摩擦材料的磨耗量增大,由3.35 g增大至3.68 g。Cu-Cr mixtures with different particle sizes were prepared by ball milling.The milling time was 24,48,72 h respectively.Ball milling powder was used in friction materials.The influence of different particle size of Cu-Cr ball mill on mechanical and tribological properties of friction materials was studied.The results show that with the increase of milling time,the particle size of ball milling powder decreased gradually,and the maximum particle size decreased from 124.1μm to 87.4μm.The mechanical properties of the friction materials increased with the decrease of the particle size of the ball milling powder.The shear strength increased from 13.5 MPa to 16.0 MPa,and the compressive strength increased from 78.1 MPa to 91.6 MPa.With the decrease of the particle size of Cu-Cr ball milling powder,the average friction coefficient of friction material increased.When the initial braking speed was 120 km/h,the average friction coefficient of the friction material increased from 0.304 to 0.389 and the wear loss of the friction materials increased from 3.35 g to 3.68 g.
