摘 要:通过对GH4169高温合金的化学成分分析、显微组织观察、高温力学性能试验,结合热加工和热处理过程对合金高温拉伸性能不合格原因进行了分析并提出改进措施。结果表明,合金中δ相过少是造成高温拉伸塑性不合格的主要原因。一方面应控制热加工终锻温度,严格按工艺制度操作,以保证合金中δ相含量分布适宜,提高合金高温力学性能;另方面作为生产补救措施,可针对已加工成材的合金中δ相分布情况对产品进行热处理,以调整合金中δ相使其含量分布适宜,最终确保合金发挥最优高温力学性能优势和潜能。By means of chemical composition analysis,microstructure observation and high temperature mechanical properties test of GH4169 alloy,the reason of unqualified high temperature tensile properties of the alloy was analyzed in combination with heat processing and heat treatment,and then the improvement measures was further proposed.The results show that too little phase in the alloy is the main reason of unqualified tensile plasticity at high temperature.On the one hand,the final forging temperature of hot working should be controlled and operated strictly according to the technological regulations to ensure the proper distribution of phase content in the alloy and to improve the mechanical properties of the alloy at high temperature.On the other hand according to the distribution of 8 phase in the processed alloy,the heat treatment can be adjusted to adjust the content distribution of 8 phase in the alloy to ensure the best mechanical properties and potential at high temperature.
