摘 要:目的探究神经节苷脂联合早期干预对脑损伤高危儿智力及运动发育的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年10月~2023年5月在台山市妇幼保健院治疗的70例脑损伤高危儿资料,根据干预方式不同分为对照组(32例)和联合组(38例)。对照组给予早期康复干预,联合组在早期康复干预的基础上联合神经节苷脂治疗,观察两组疗效;通过智能发育商数(DQ)、智力发育指数(MDI)、Peabody运动发育量表第二版(PDMS-2)中粗大运动商数(GMQ)和精细运动商数(FMQ)评估患儿智力及运动功能,比较两组差异。结果联合组临床总有效率为89.47%,高于对照组的总有效率68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿MDI、DQ、GMQ、FMQ评分较治疗前均升高,且联合组的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合早期干预可显著提高脑损伤高危儿的临床疗效,改善患儿智力及运动发育状况。Objective To explore the effect of ganglioside combined with early intervention on intelligence and motor development of high-risk infants with brain injury.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 70 high-risk infants with brain injury treated in Taishan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to May 2023.They were divided into control group(32 cases)and combination group(38 cases)based on different intervention methods.The control group was given early rehabilitation intervention,while the combination group was treated with ganglioside on the basis of the above,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.The intelligence and motor function of children were evaluated using the Intelligence Development Quotient(DQ),Intelligence Development Index(MDI),Gross Motor Quotient(GMQ),and Fine Motor Quotient(FMQ)in the second edition of Peabody Motor Development Scale(PDMS-2),and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combination group was 89.47%,which was higher than that of the control group(68.75%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MDI,DQ,GMQ,and FMQ were increased in both groups,and the scores of combination group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganglioside combined with early intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of highrisk infants with brain injury,and improving the intellectual and motor development status.
